Let’s talk

When we are first contacted as redundancy consultants, the first thing we’ll do is meet with you to determine the context and rationale of the redundancies at hand. We’ll need to make sure the redundancy is genuine, and we’ll do this by gathering information and evidence, including an insight into your organisational structure, as well as evidence of executive endorsements and approvals.

Hard conversations

After we’ve established the genuity of the situation, we’ll determine how the redundancy consultation process should be executed. From who should be consulted in an advisory position to how the process will be planned and scripted, we’ll even calculate redundancy payments and keep you in the loop while we’re at it. We’ll also help you assess whether any reasonable redeployment options are available.
