We kicked off with a comprehensive HR diagnostic across the organisation to determine HR maturity, functional insights and level of compliance with employment regulations. Over the years we have developed HR frameworks designed specifically for the organisation and improved employee retention, amongst other things.

Employee Relations

Leveraging the expertise of the HumanX ER team, we developed an Employee Relations framework for City Recital Hall based on the insights from the HR diagnotic and historical data. This has led to new HR policies, controls and processes to better align with the requirements under the Fair Work Act.

HR Strategy

Working alongside the City Recital Hall Executive team, we developed a HR strategy and roadmap to set the organisation for success well into the future. First we gained an understanding of the organisation's current position, where it was heading and the challenges to meet its goals from a HR perspective. We then developed the HR strategy to support its overarching strategy and set the roadmap accordingly.

As the saying goes, the proof is in the pudding. On the back of extensive work completed over the years, we have been able to increase employee satisfaction across all measurable metrics. Repeated employee surveys, pulse checks and interviews demonstrate an increase in workplace satisfaction.
