Few and Far are a Sydney-based business that offers bespoke event styling and design services. Since its founding in 2015, the business has grown significantly, expanding its team and its services. The founders of Few and Far are hands-on within their company, however, since expansion and growth within the teams, both are spending more time on HR tasks than the creative work they love. Few and Far had reached the point of so many small businesses, wherein they required HR transformation and oversight, but lacked the resources internally. It was also imperative to the founders of Few and Far that they did not lose their identity along the way.

Our team audited existing documentation and then updated them, ensuring that they were fit for purpose, suiting the style of employees and relationships that Few and Far operate. Moreover, we also ensured that they were compliant and adhered to all legislative requirements.
